Sunday Beach
Every Sunday, Bangkok Island hosts Sunday Beach, a relaxed event where people can meet, spend time together, and enjoy different activities in a friendly atmosphere. The evening program changes regularly, but here is a brief overview of some of the activities we offer.
Board Games and Good Vibes


During the Afternoon, visitors can join board games and social activities. From classic games such as chess, checkers, and card games to group activities, there are plenty of opportunities to meet new people, have fun, and enjoy the community spirit that makes Bangkok Island special.
You can also play pétanque and football in our sports area, a great place to stay active, and enjoy some friendly competition with friends or other visitors
Salsa and Bachata Classes
We also offer Salsa and Bachata dance classes led by Jamal, an experienced dance instructor. These paid classes are open to all levels, from complete beginners to more experienced dancers. Participants can learn and practice popular Latin dance styles while enjoying the rhythms of Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, and other Latin music genres in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
And other music type : House, Reggae, Hip-Hop, Soul, Funk, and other genres, creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for everyone.

Art Markets
Bangkok Island also regularly hosts art markets. Local artists and creators from Bangkok come to showcase their work at stands set up along the pier. It is a great opportunity for visitors to discover unique creations, support local talent, and enjoy a relaxed afternoon by the Chao Phraya river.



Entertainment by the River
Facing the river, our large outdoor screen is used for movie nights and live sports broadcasts. From international films like Star Wars, to major sporting events, it offers visitors a chance to relax, enjoy the atmosphere, and share the experience with others by the riverside

Explore Bang Krachao
Located next to Bangkok Island, Bang Krachao offers a peaceful escape from the city. Visitors can take a walk or rent a bicycle to explore the island’s green pathways, small canals, and local communities. Often called Bangkok’s “green lung,” Bang Krachao is a great place to enjoy nature, discover a different side of the region, and spend a relaxing day outdoors before or after visiting Bangkok Island.
