How to Book?

The easiest way to book is on our website. Just head to the Events tab, browse the upcoming events, and choose how many tickets you need. You can pay via:

• Stripe (Debit or Credit Card)
• Bank Transfer

Prefer using a ticketing platform? That’s fine too, but note that additional charges may apply.

When Do I Get My Tickets?

Our website doesn’t generate physical tickets. Instead, you’ll receive a Booking ID—that’s all you need to get on the boat!

For Bank Transfers, please email your payment slip to bangkokislands@gmail.com as proof of payment.

What is Your Refund Policy?

Refunds depend on the event. Most tickets are non-refundable, but in some cases (like event cancellation), we’ll work with you to provide credit or reschedule. Check the details on the event page or email us for specific situations.

We’re located at:

On rare occasion we go Pick Up guests at other Guests NYE for Example.

What Should I Wear?

Comfort is key! We recommend light, breathable clothing and shoes that are easy to move around in. For themed events, feel free to dress up and join the vibe!

Is There Parking?

Yes, there’s parking near the dock. However, we recommend using a ride-sharing service like Grab to make your trip hassle-free.

Can I Bring My Own Drinks?

Sorry, outside drinks aren’t allowed. Don’t worry—we’ve got a fully stocked bar on board with everything from cocktails to craft beers.
